Reading Plan

For my reading plan for the rest of the semester, I wanted to choose something that I would not only learn from, but also something that was convenient for me. I have picked my past reading choices based off of what is available readily on the internet and I truly believe this was the best option for me. For the general topic, I chose to do the mythology of the gods and goddesses. After that, I thought that I would finish it up with some basic folktales! That being said, here is a rough outline of what my reading plan for the rest of the semester will look like!

  1. I think you will like the comic books, Hannah: I spent so much time this summer reading them and I was incredibly impressed with how they manage to find stories that "fit" into this format. And if you get pushed for time and cannot make it to the Library some week to look at the comic books, there are some good online options, especially for the Jataka tales. So you can use that as a sort of back-up plan if a week gets all crazy and you need to do the reading at 3AM or something when the Library is not open. Here are all the Jataka online resources; they are really good too!
